Reporting Damages
ALL Damages must be reported within 48 hours, any damages reported between 48 hours & 7 days of receipt may incur additional charges to you (the customer). Any damages reported outside of this timescale will not be replaced. Electronic images (evidence) will be requested to be sent via email, failure to supply relevant information may extend the timescale of this being resolved.
2. Return Policy
2.1. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2.2. If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days. Returns and cancellations are exempt from the cooling off period under the CCR where the items ordered are bespoke made to order and you do not have the right to cancel.
2.3. Please note that a *30% restocking fee* will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.
2.4. To start a return, you can contact us at info@cerkini.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. *Please be aware that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, as we do not offer free returns.*
2.5. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues
3.1. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
